2.) Not a Player Agency - NxtGoals is NOT a licensed player agent or intermediary. We do not represent players, negotiate contracts, or arrange trails directly. Our role is limited to providing the services described on this website.

3.) No Guarantee of Outcomes - While we provide professional materials and outreach, we cannot guarantee trails, contracts or signings with any club or organization.

4.) Payments and Refunds - All services are paid in advance. Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are only available if work has not yet started.

5.) Client Responsibilities - Clients must provide accurate and truthful information, including personal details, playing history and video footage. NxtGoals is not responsible for errors or omissions provided by clients.

6.) Intellectual Property - All materials created by NxtGoals are for the client’s personal use. Redistribution or resale without permission is prohibited.

7.) Limitation of Liability - NxtGoals is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services including but not limited to missed opportunities, failed outreach or lack of response from clubs.
